We want you to love everything you receive from BabyBeginnings. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.

Condition

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resaleable condition. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on certain items (such as nursing bras or breast pumps) once opened, unless the item is faulty.

How to Return

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions within 1–2 working days.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 working days to your original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email when your refund has been issued.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you've received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
